Meet the team

Individuals committed to your well-being.

(Our process)

‎We begin with a purposeful connection to define your path. Then we transition into a deep exploration of your internal system. Finally, we conclude by ensuring you are fully equipped to sustain your growth independently.

01
Consultation

This initial call will be a brief informal meeting to see if you and your therapist are a good fit for working together.

02
Assessment

In this stage, you’ll share more about your history and current struggles so your therapist can understand how to best support you.

03
Treatment

This is the active phase where you and your therapist work together to build new skills, process experiences, and make meaningful changes.

04
Graduation

The final step marks the successful completion of your goals, where you celebrate your growth and prepare to use your new tools on your own.

(Frequently asked)
How do I know if therapy is right for me?

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or just want to understand yourself better, therapy can help. You don’t need a "major crisis" to benefit. It’s simply a dedicated space for your personal growth.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes, we offer a brief, no-pressure phone call or video chat to answer your questions and help you decide if our approach feels right for you.

Do you take insurance?

Yes, we currently accept Aetna, BlueCross and BlueShield, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Cigna and Evernorth.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel late or miss an appointment, you will be billed directly for the full fee of $150, or your agreed upon sliding scale fee. Exceptions to this policy will be made for emergency situations, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, the fee is waived if you are able to reschedule your appointment during the same calendar week.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes, everything we discuss is private and protected by law. There are only a few rare exceptions, such as if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or someone else.
